Since leaving their original space on Flughafenstrasse in 2013, the Team Titanic collective have all knowing genie operated as a nomadic platform, often opting spy cell phone locator for unconventional locations that defy the standard white cube format. True to form, this weekend will see their show ‘Profit | Prophet’ take residence in the unlikely grandeur of St. John the Evangelist Church on Auguststrasse, as part of Berlin Art Week. In collaboration with Egyptian fithubletterkenny.com boyfriend textspy gallery MEDRAR for Contemporary Art, the show will feature artists based in both Berlin
and Cairo in a transcontinental exhibition and performance series questioning ideas of “anonymity versus collectivism, (self-)marketing and future strategy, the visual and the virtual.” A busy program of events will start this Saturday evening and continue until Sunday. See the details here.
