Don’t Panic Berlin
Mix 9
Cell of One

DJ Cell of One, aka Falko Teichmann, has been involved with some of the most interesting live music events of the past year, from Mykki Blanco to Hype Williams, High Places to Evian Christ, alongside regular sets and programming for Kater Holzig and Salon zur Wilden Renate. This mix marks a departure from Teichmann’s regular disco/post-disco style, giving way to a straight-up 90s/ early noughties/ pure naughties R’n'B vibe. By way of a twist, all tracks have been surreally stripped of vocals. Amidst the recent comeback of old school Hip hop and R’n'B, the mix is a rare chance to hear these sleek repetitive hits void of human noise, to vacant and hypnotic effect. Moreover, if you’ve ever been an R’n'B fan yourself we guarantee you a good sing-along trip down memory lane… Presenting ‘The Riddle of R’n'B’:
