Deemed the “tech-kraut” golden boy, German artist and DJ Barnt makes up one third of Magazine and part of Cómeme, and founded the label’s Magazine with Crato and Jens-Uwe Beyer in 2010. As a core member of the collectives Cologne Tapes, Magazine and Zeit 2, Barnt is a key figure in the musical output of the Cologne-based label, described by long-running label Innervisions as “one of the biggest talents we have here in Germany”.
Even Tuell is a co-founder of the soulful, vinyl championing imprint Workshop. Together with with Jens Kuhn, Workshop have been running since 2006, with releases by Move D, Kassem Mosse, Sascha Dive, and label owners Even Tuell and Lowtec. Read an interview and hear a mix by Tuell here.
