Martin Gross “RUTUR” at Feldbuschwiesner

Friday, July 19

“I am interested in spatial representation; objects and interconnected relational structures, forms, function, time, scale and their perception in the widest sense…  My initial impulse has been the relationship of the fragment to past constructions and future reconstructions”

Leipzig based artist Martin Gross primarily works with drawing. Spectacular, layered drawings that play with our notions of order and chaos, time and space, construction and de-/ reconstruction. In his first comprehensive solo show, entitled “Rutur”, Gross depicts large scale objects and smaller works in stages of transition, of  coming-into-being and decaying.

Opening night on the 19th at 18:00. The exhibition will run until the 24th August.
